How do I manually withdraw fiat or crypto from PDAX? 

If you want to manually withdraw your funds, here’s what you can do:

1. Request via email 
   1. Crypto

Send an email to support@pdax.ph and trade@pdax.ph with the following details

• PDAX email address
• Date
• Amount
• Token Symbol
• Network
• Beneficiary Wallet Address
• Memo (if Applicable)
• Purpose of Transaction

Please expect a callback via google meet from one of the members of the PDAX team to verify the details of the withdrawal.

2. Fiat

Send an email to support@pdax.ph and trade@pdax.ph with the following details

• PDAX email address
• Date
• Amount
• Currency
• Beneficiary Account Name
• Beneficiary Account Number
• Beneficiary Address
• Beneficiary Bank Name
• Beneficiary Bank Branch Address
• Purpose of Transaction

2. Request via PDAX chatbot
   1. Access the chatbot using the official links or QR code below:

2. Once in the chatbot, type “Hi” or “Hello” to begin and agree to the data privacy policy
3. Select “Yes, I am a PDAX PRIME user”
4. Select “Manual Cash out/Crypto out”
5. Click the link shared in the message of the chatbot and login using your PDAX account details
6. Provide the details requested by the chatbot
7. Please expect an email for a callback via google meet for information verification

   2. Select “Deposits and Withdrawals”
