How do I make a direct deposit?

    1. Transfer the funds to either of the following PDAX Bank accounts
      1. Unionbank (PHP)
        1. Account Name: PHILIPPINE DIGITAL ASSET EXCHANGE INC (PDAX)
        2. Account Number: 00-059-008380-6
      2. Sterling Bank
        1. Account Name: Philippine Digital Asset Exchange (PDAX), Inc.
        2. Account Number: 002500-6-000044-61
    2. Send the proof of deposit to support@pdax.ph with the subject line “Direct Deposit”
  2. Chatbot
    1. Transfer the funds to either of the following PDAX Bank accounts
      1. Unionbank (PHP)
        1. Account Name: PHILIPPINE DIGITAL ASSET EXCHANGE INC (PDAX)
        2. Account Number: 00-059-008380-6
      2. Sterling Bank

    2. Access the chatbot using the official links or QR code below:

  1. Once in the chatbot, type “Hi” or “Hello” to begin and agree to the data privacy policy
  2. Select “Yes, I am a PDAX PRIME user”
  3. Select “Direct Deposit”
  4. Click the link shared in the message of the chatbot and login using your PDAX account details
  5. Send proof of deposit to the chatbot

    2. Go to this link https://support.pdax.ph/hc/en-us/requests/new
    3. Select “Deposits and Withdrawals”
    4. In the “I need help with” field, select “Submitting my Deposit Slip”
    5. Fill out the required fields and attach proof of deposit
    6. Click “Submit”
  2. PDAX Platform
    1. Login to the pdax app or website
    2. Select Portfolio
    3. Choose Cash In
    4. Select Large deposit > Online Bank Transfer
    5. Input the amount to be deposited and select Unionbank/Sterling in the dropdown box
    6. Do a bank transfer from your bank’s app or website to PDAX’s bank account as shown in the screen
    7. Send the screenshot of the deposit slip to the email you will receive as you initiate the cash in
