How do I cash in through Philippine National Bank or PNB?

If you want to cash in through PNB, you can choose between using Instapay or over the counter.

Follow the steps below  to cash in to your PDAX Account using PNB:

1. On PDAX Home page, click Cash In
2. Select Over the Counter
3. Select PNB
4. Enter the amount you’d like to cash in
5. Click the Cash In button to continue
6. Review your transaction and then click Confirm

You will be redirected to DragonPay

7. Enter your email address or mobile number where you want to receive further instructions on how to proceed or click the link displayed on your screen
8. Follow the instructions on how to complete your fund transfer
