For PDAX Users:
- Once in the chatbot, type “Hi” or “Hello” to begin and agree to the data privacy policy
- Select “Yes, I have a PDAX account”
- Select the category of your issue (e.g. Account Management, Cash In, Trading, etc.)
- Select the applicable FAQ page.
- If the FAQ page did not provide the required assistance, select “No, I’d like to speak with an agent”
For PDAX Prime clients:
- Once in the chatbot, type “Hi” or “Hello” to begin and agree to the data privacy policy
- Select “Yes, I am a PDAX PRIME user”
- Select “Account Management”
- Scroll down and select “Chat with agent”
