- Type “Hi” or “Hello” to start the chatbot
- Agree to the privacy policy
- Select “Yes, I am a PDAX PRIME user”
- Select “OTC Trading”
- Click on the login link and log in to your PDAX Prime account.
- Once successfully logged in, return to the chatbot and select “Chat with Agent”
