PDAX has come up with improved cash-in channels for large deposits to provide a more seamless and efficient way of cashing in as users maximize their PDAX experience. We now provide you with a simpler and more efficient way of cashing in large funds without the complex processes previously encountered in our platform.
What are these channels?

1. Over the Counter – Cash or check via bank branches
Users have the option to cash in using cash or checks via our partner bank, UnionBank of the Philippines, or Sterling Bank of Asia. Here’s how:

- On your PDAX Home page, click Cash In
- Select Large Deposit
- Select Deposit to Branch
- Select the bank you want to use for your deposit
- UnionBank of the Philippines
- Sterling Bank of Asia
- Enter the amount you’d like to cash in
- Click the Cash In button to continue
- Check your email for deposit instructions
- Go to your selected bank’s branch and deposit your cash-in amount to any of the following accounts:

- Account Name: PHILIPPINE DIGITAL ASSET EXCHANGE INC (PDAX)

Sterling Bank of Asia

- Once paid, reply to the email you received and attach a copy of your deposit slip or proof of transfer. Make sure the following details are clearly visible in your attachment:
- Sender Bank Name
- Date and Time of the transaction
- Amount
Check deposits made on a banking day will be cleared within two hours for same-bank (“on us”) checks. For checks coming from other banks, those deposited before the 3:00 P.M. cut-off will be cleared the following banking day.
Cash deposits will be processed and credited within one hour.
2. Online bank transfer
No time to go to the bank? Cash in via our partner banks using online bank transfer. Here’s how:

- Select Large Deposit
- Select Online Bank Transfer
- Select the bank you want to use for your deposit

- Sterling Bank of Asia
- Enter the amount you’d like to cash in
- Click the Cash In button to continue
- Check your email for deposit instructions
- Open your online bank account and deposit your cash-in amount to any of the following accounts:

3. Using UnionBank Bills Payment
- On your PDAX Home page, click Cash In
- Select Large Deposit
- Select UnionBank Bills Payment
- Enter the amount you’d like to cash in.
- Click the Cash In button.
- Follow the remaining instructions to complete your Unionbank Bills Payment transaction.
4. PESONet
Here's how:
- On your PDAX Home page, click Cash In
- Select PESONet
- Enter the amount you’d like to cash in
- Select the bank you want to use for your deposit.

- Click the Cash In button to continue
- Check your email for deposit instructions
- Deposit your cash-in amount to any of the following accounts:
