One-time passwords (OTP) are essential in verifying and securing your transactions. To enable your OTP on the PDAX app, simply follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Cash In page upon signing in to your PDAX account, then tap "verify now".
2. Input your registered mobile number.
3. Input the OTP sent to your mobile number via SMS.
4. You will be prompted to enter another OTP, which you can find in your email.
5. Your mobile number is now verified! This will serve as your official account number for all InstaPay transactions.
